Graincorp is expecting another huge grain harvest this summer and is already preparing its staff for the challenges ahead by bringing them together for training, inspiration and networking. Sam and Jenny Bailey attended the southern Australia gathering at Yarrawonga on the Murray River on July 28 to speak at the event, before attending the awards ceremony that night. Sam is pictured above with a couple of the awards recipients. Sam and Jenny also spoke earlier this year at Graincorp's northern Australia conference in Brisbane. With the season looking promising across most of the country and some of last year's grain still in storage, it will be a logistic challenge handling, storing and exporting the coming grain harvest.
